*Important Notice*

For all ceramic orders, please do not select the sticker shipping option at checkout as it is only for sticker orders only (the order will not be shipped out), this goes the same for orders that contain both ceramics and stickers.

Shipping

Leaf Kim ships to Canada & United States with tracked shipping (*excluding stickers, which come in stamped envelopes). If you live outside of Canada and the United States and would like to buy something from my shop, please email leafkimshop@gmail.com to see if I can ship to your country. Shipping times vary and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, I cannot change it once the label has been paid for and made. I am not responsible once it is shipped.

Delivery within Canada

Orders are sent via Canada Post with tracking. Delivery time will depend on your location and is estimated to take up to 10 business days. If you are located within the downtown Toronto area, please contact me prior to placing your order and I’ll be happy to arrange for you to pick-up your order in person!

Delivery to the USA

Orders are sent via US Air Mail and includes a tracking number. Delivery time will depend on your location and is estimated to take up to 10 business days.

Returns

All sales are considered final – at this time I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. 

If you find that your order has been damaged during shipping, please take a photo immediately and contact me at leafkimshop@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. I will try my best to find the best solution, whether it be an item refund or replacement. Unfortunately, shipping charges will not be refunded.
